In order to ensure the quality of our fabric, we've invested huge amount of money to establish our own dyeing factory.We can just purchase the gray fabric and dye it ourselves! It not only can successfully deal with the problems of color logs differences, but it also can help us to keep the shrinkage of our fabric within +/-3% with the new pre-shrinking machine! Laundry makes our products unique! We have 3 lines of laundry with about 40 washing machines and cool wind dryers. Rinse Wash, Enzyme wash, Stone wash, garment dye can all be finished by our own laundries! |

We produce buttons and buckles, by our own metal department, carton and ploy bags ourselves as well. Also Recently, we are also setting up our own dyeing factory. All of these production line series together are giving us as what we called ˇ°One Stop Garment Manufacturing Systemˇ±, which meets our short lead-time needs and also conveniently controls the quality of our products.
